How Elivu Mind, optional voice transcription, and third-party place and route providers work in Elivu.
Elivu Mind
Elivu Mind is private intelligence for the moment between “maybe” and “let’s do it”. It can help clarify, compare, prepare, and reflect. It talks only to you. It cannot message another person, book, purchase, or take an external action for you.
AI can be wrong. It does not replace your judgement, venue staff, accessibility information, or emergency services.
Voice
Optional microphone input may be transcribed by the configured AI provider. Short clips are processed for transcription and are not meant for long-term storage. The provider-retention limitation described in the Privacy notice applies to this optional feature.
Shared Guide
Shared Guide in an After chat creates deterministic replies that both participants can see. It uses the request intentionally sent to Shared Guide, the connection purpose, and participant display names. It does not read the connection transcript or send that transcript to a model provider.
Place and route providers
The base map can use OpenStreetMap-derived data. If an approved Google Maps Platform lane is enabled for a covered region, Google-derived place or route details must appear in an attributed provider card or handoff surface, not as mixed base-map POIs.
Raw Google-derived content must not be sent to Elivu Mind, analytics, or product training. Place and route availability, walking or cycling coverage, and accessibility detail may be unknown; Elivu should disclose uncertainty rather than claim a result.
Maps Grounding Lite, external actions, and any provider lane not explicitly approved remain disabled. Questions can be sent to support@elivu.ai.
