How Elivu processes account, profile, location, meetup, media, safety, and Elivu Mind data.

Delete your account

If you can sign in, open You → Account → Trust controls, choose Delete account, and type DELETE. That is the complete, irreversible request.
If you cannot sign in, email support@elivu.ai from the address on the account. Use the subject “Account deletion request”. Never send a password or a sign-in link.

What Elivu may process

•
Account data such as email, auth identifiers, adult self-declaration, and accepted policy versions
•
Profile data such as display name, age band, bio, interests, languages, intentions, and boundaries
•
Approximate neighbourhood and short-lived live location only while Live is on
•
Meetup coordination, QR presence proofs, and post-meet messages when those features are enabled
•
Profile photos and optional short introduction video
•
Pair-bound five-second Living Portrait videos made when proposing or accepting a meetup
•
Safety blocks and reports
•
Private Elivu Mind conversations and optional voice transcription
•
Technical logs needed to operate approved infrastructure and respond to safety, security, and support issues

Product and provider boundaries

Live coordinates are designed to expire in about 90 seconds and delete on stop. Public profiles must not expose exact coordinates. AI tools are designed not to receive live coordinates or private media URLs.
Where a covered region has an approved Google Maps Platform lane, Google-derived place or route details are shown in a clearly attributed provider card or handoff surface. They are not mixed into the base-map POI layer. That lane stays off until the applicable provider terms, privacy assessment, and operator controls are in place.

Elivu Mind and external providers

Text intentionally sent to Elivu Mind may be processed by the configured AI provider under the provider's terms and retention posture. The current integration does not expose a request-level deletion API, so deleting Elivu data removes primary Elivu records and supported locator-backed derivatives but is not represented as an immediate provider-side deletion cascade.
Google-derived place content is not intended to be sent to Elivu Mind, analytics, or product training. Elivu will not activate that lane until the production implementation and provider approval enforce that boundary.

Export and delete your account

While signed in, open You → Account → Trust controls. “Export my data” creates a JSON file you can save or share. “Delete account” asks you to type DELETE before the irreversible request is sent.
Deletion does not require you to manage a subscription first. App-store subscriptions, if any, are managed separately through Apple or Google; that does not delay or block an Elivu deletion request.
If you cannot sign in, email support@elivu.ai from the address associated with the account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, identity documents, or private profile content. Support must use the verified account channel for status updates.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability through You → Account → Trust controls or support@elivu.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
